Menus
The navigational elements of a site are usually broken into two menus:
The NavBar, a simple strip menu for basic / common pages like Home, About, Contact...
And the NavMenu, a hierarchal menu that lets you sort and group your main site content.
Most sites have both types of menus. Sometimes only one. You may link to anything you need or like with either.
