Very helpful and nice. My mom was being moved from her home to a retirement home and she had lots of extra stuff that I didn't know what to do with. I called to get info and got lots of help so I went over to rent a unit and they were so friendly and nice. Everything was fine and my mom got moved into her home.

I have currently used this storage facility for the last 7 and some odd years to store all of my household goods including my husband's classic car in the winter. Through the years Judie has gone above and beyond her "normal job" to serve my needs as a tenant, including the countless times I have forgotten my code. After office hours she helped me get in the facility with a smile. I appreciate the care and attention given to my treasures and would return time and again in the future.
