Aspire Financial Group's founder, Steve Podgorski has twelve years experience working in the financial services industry campassionately serving families in all stages in life - from newly weds to retirees. He built his clientele with not only a strong commitment to customer service, but also with a commitment to the relationship business process.

Steve believes the key to attracting and keeping satisfied clientele - is getting to know them and learning to partner with them the way they want to be partnered with - all while giving choices of service levels ranging from the most hands on to the most convenient for the client - or both. Steve also has over sixteen years experience working with small businesses as a marketing consultant and print specialist. He has spent years volunteering in the local chambers of commerce. He won the Eagle Award for Leadership and Commitment while serving the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce in 2001 and chaired many volunteer committees dedicated to community based projects. What makes this significant, is the value of attracting and protecting the income of small business owners and what it is like to be the small business owner sitting across the desk from him. He transitioned to presenting company benefits to small and medium sized businesses in 2006.

Steve has been an Algonquin resident for twelve years. He enjoys managing his son's little league team and being on the league's board of directors. He is also actively involved in the Crystal Lake and Algonquin/Lake in the Hills Chambers of Commerce. He has also been very involved with the Boy Scouts over the last seven years.
