There are three user access levels, each with their own privileges plus those of the group(s) below them.
Editor - Editors may create content in the website. If the site settings call for content approval, their contributions will be held in a dormant state for approval by an admin.
Admin - Admins may approve content (See General settings for more) and change general site settings.
Webmaster - Webmasters have full access over the look and feel of the website.
Each user must have a non-blank password. Passwords are case-sensitive, and may be updated any time on this page.
There can be any number of Editors, Admins, or Webmasters for a site.
Content creation and last modifications are identified to the date and user who performed the action.
All users may create user accounts equivalent to their own, or lower (i.e. an Admin cannot create a Webmaster account).
Also, User accounts carry settings for Newsletter delivery (News and Information system about the 3SI 3ngine status and features), and Billing contact status (is responsible for hosting fees).
